Choose the endpoint architecture
Compare a wired or Wi-Fi desk phone, a DECT system and an expansion console as different parts of a deployment. A console adds controls to a compatible phone; it does not add a standalone extension or carrier channel.
Compare the visible work surface
For a reception desk, test the number of contacts visible without paging and the action required to transfer a caller. The P315, P325, P330 and P370 provide different physical or touch interfaces. Family membership does not establish identical applications or accessory support.
Confirm firmware and lifecycle
Model records distinguish current product listings from documentation that remains useful for an installed fleet. Confirm support dates, regional hardware and provisioning compatibility before buying. Use the provisioning library and the call-parking guide to plan an actual desk pilot.
