The P325 combines six physical line keys with a paging control. Its specification describes 20 key pages, with at least one line key on each page. The large paged capacity should not be mistaken for that many contacts visible at once. Ask the user to find a frequent colleague while another call is waiting.
Compare the adjacent models
The P320 reference describes four physical keys; the P330 has twelve. For a user who frequently switches between contact pages, the extra visible controls may matter more than the total stored entries. For an ordinary desk, the six-key layout may be sufficient after a short workflow pilot.
Keep wireless evidence scoped
The technical wiki lists built-in Wi-Fi, while the reviewed product page does not state that capability and the current family datasheet does not resolve the exact wireless hardware.
