Start with the reception workload
The P330 merits evaluation when a user needs many physical contact controls while handling calls. Its twelve line keys and paging control provide more immediately visible targets than the P325. Test the real answer, consult, transfer and parking sequence rather than selecting by a total button count alone.
Understand the two expansion choices
The phone offers ten pages of its line-key layout and supports the PM200 attendant console. Paging trades desk space for navigation; an attached console trades desk space and cabling for more visible controls. Ask which colleagues must remain visible during a busy call and make that the comparison task.
Separate wireless links from provisioning
Sangoma documents built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on this model. Wi-Fi connects the phone to the data network; Bluetooth accessory behavior depends on the supported headset and firmware. Neither establishes that a provider will provision the phone or enable every PBX application. Validate the chosen network mode and the exact headset separately.
Budget power with the whole desk assembled
The March 2026 datasheet lists different consumption for the phone and its USB accessories. Include the actual console and headset arrangement in the power review, then test a restart with the complete desk connected. Document the supported firmware and PBX application versions. The product listing is current evidence, but no future support deadline or measured acoustic performance is asserted here.
