Enreach SIP Trunks: product, region, profile and continuity evidence

Separate Enreach regional SIP offers, reseller capabilities, service-provider platform claims and the Enreach Trunk (DE) Swyx profile before accepting an account or continuity path.

Reviewed 2026-10-28Current Enreach business, reseller and service-provider SIP Trunk pages, the Enreach Trunk (DE) record updated April 9, 2026, current Swyx 15 trunk, routing and emergency-location documentation, and the current Enreach Trunk FAQ were reviewed October 28, 2026. These records describe different regional products, platform roles and software profiles; they do not establish which offer, country, contract, order, channel quantity, number range, registrar, proxy, realm, credentials, source trust, transport, TLS profile, codec, DTMF method, T.38 setting, route, location, continuity control, emergency treatment, price, availability, compatibility or support term applies to one account. Identify the exact Enreach product and country

Enreach publishes a business SIP Trunks page, a reseller offer, a service-provider PBX Trunks platform and country-specific records such as Enreach Trunk (DE). Treat each legal product, country, sales channel, account and software profile as a separate identity.

Record the ordered product, contracting entity, country, number range, sites, PBX, access, channel quantity, activation record and support owner. A family page or service-provider platform statement is not proof that one customer ordered every feature.

Documented service facts

Reviewed 2026-10-28. Compare SIP trunk services →

SIP authentication

Documented

Enreach Trunk (DE) documents user authentication and distinct user ID, authentication name and password fields. Other offers require their own implementation record.

SIP registration

Documented

Current Swyx documentation supports provider-defined registration, while the Enreach Trunk (DE) profile supplies named account parameters. One loaded account state remains unverified.

Numbers and inbound delivery

Documented

The Enreach Trunk (DE) record documents a number-block SIP URI example. Allocation, activation, delivered value and completed routing remain unverified.

Continuity and rerouting

Documented

Business and reseller material describe rerouting and redundancy. Entitlement, trigger, target, diversity, completed calls and restoration remain unverified.

Product and region

Documented

Enreach publishes business, reseller, platform and country-specific records. The current contract and country govern the account.

Codecs and DTMF

Documented

The Enreach Trunk (DE) record lists profile-tested codecs and RFC2833 DTMF. Negotiation and observed media remain call-specific.

Fax and T.38

Documented

The Enreach Trunk (DE) record documents T.38 testing and an initial-INVITE setting. One account, fax device and completed transfer remain unverified.

Transport and protection

Documented

Reseller material describes encryption and whitelisting; Enreach Trunk (DE) names a TLS profile. Effective trust and media protection remain unverified.

Channels and limits

Not verified

Public material describes scalability but does not establish one account’s ordered channels, call rate or PBX capacity.

Location and emergency evidence

Documented

Swyx 15 documents DACH emergency-location handling and Enreach FAQ restricts nomadic use for the named product. One location and outcome remain unverified.

Price and availability

Not verified

The reviewed public records do not establish a current quote, feasibility result, activation date or universal availability.

PBX profile and support

Documented

The Enreach Trunk (DE) page records Swyx profile/version interoperability and warns that provider changes can still create incompatibilities.

SMS and MMS

Not verified

The reviewed Enreach SIP Trunk records do not establish SMS or MMS on trunk numbers.

Bind registration and profile to the ordered service

The April 9, 2026 Enreach Trunk (DE) record describes user authentication, operator-portal credentials and named Swyx profiles. It also records the earlier Swyx Trunk name for software before 14.25 and distinguishes an Enreach Trunk TLS profile.

Preserve the current provider profile, Swyx version, registrar, proxy, realm, user ID, authentication name, transport and loaded state. A selected profile or accepted REGISTER response does not prove number routing, TLS, call setup or media.

Keep number, codec and fax evidence profile-specific

The Enreach Trunk (DE) record gives a profile-specific SIP-URI example for a number block, lists mutually supported codecs and RFC2833 DTMF, and documents a T.38-related initial-INVITE setting. Those details are interoperability evidence for the named profile and test record, not a universal Enreach configuration.

Retain allocated numbers, provider activation, delivered called value, outbound identity, selected route, codec offer and answer, DTMF result, T.38 negotiation and fax outcome separately.

Treat resilience, encryption and monitoring as entitlements

Enreach reseller material describes redundancy, optional call encryption, IP whitelisting, CLIP controls, traffic monitoring and emergency rerouting. The business page also describes redirection during line, power or disaster conditions.

Confirm which controls the current product and account expose, their scope, owner, trigger, target and restoration path. Marketing language is not proof of an automatic trigger, physical diversity, encrypted call, completed failover or restored service.

Map routing and location to observed PBX state

Current Swyx documentation assigns permissions, location and routing at trunk-group level and lets routing records select trunks by destination, priority and time. A provider profile can prefill parameters, but generated settings, loaded PBX state and the provider contract still require comparison.

Keep route selection, number substitution, location profile, provider attempt, response, answer and both media directions as separate observations.

Bound emergency, compatibility and commercial claims

Swyx emergency-call documentation requires provider-backed location determination and describes DACH 110/112 handling. The Enreach Trunk FAQ says nomadic use is contractually restricted because of emergency calling. These are configuration and policy records, not proof of one caller location or emergency outcome.

The Enreach Trunk (DE) page records tested Swyx versions and warns that later provider changes can still create incompatibilities. Do not extend that record to every PBX, region, feature, price, availability or support result; use only an approved non-live emergency-verification process.
