HP Poly Trio C60: SIP, Teams, radio, USB and PVOS evidence

Separate exact radio variant, base profile, three OpenSIP registrations, Teams, USB or Bluetooth audio, calendar state, daisy chaining and installed PVOS.

Reviewed 2026-10-24Current HP product, exact-variant data sheets, Trio C60 administration and user guides, support library and PVOS 9.5.x release record were reviewed October 24, 2026. HP lists Trio C60 build 9.5.1.0067 with an August 2026 release date, but a release record is not proof of the installed image, provider or tenant approval, completed update, resolved incident or effective feature. Exact product number, full-radio or no-radio hardware, base profile, active call application, OpenSIP registration, Teams sign-in, USB or Bluetooth host, room-system pairing, calendar account, network path, power path, provisioning owner, installed firmware, signaling and media remain separate evidence. No conference phone, label, radio, switch, PoE source, USB host, Bluetooth device, room system, expansion microphone, daisy chain, calendar account, tenant, SIP account, PBX, certificate, configuration, packet, call, meeting, media stream, emergency workflow, price, inventory, availability, compatibility, certification result, support entitlement or vendor response was inspected or testedIntermediateDocumentation based · not lab tested

Identify the exact Trio C60 offer and active profile

Record the bottom-label product number, full-radio or no-radio hardware, Teams-labelled offer, MAC address, installed PVOS, configured base profile and active call application. The shared Trio C60 name does not make Generic OpenSIP, Microsoft Teams, USB audio and paired room-control modes interchangeable.

A menu, saved profile or catalogue description is not proof of the currently active application or tenant state.

Separate OpenSIP, Teams and meeting evidence

The administrator guide documents up to three OpenSIP voice line registrations. Keep those registrations separate from Teams sign-in, calendar synchronization, one-touch meeting join, local five-way conferencing, an external bridge and simultaneous media.

For one failed workflow, preserve the selected application, identity, time, request, response, displayed state and final call or meeting outcome.

Keep full-radio and no-radio hardware distinct

HP lists Bluetooth 4.2 and dual-band Wi-Fi for the full-radio model. Confirm the exact product number before expecting either path from an NR or no-radio offer. Ethernet or Wi-Fi can carry the network path; Bluetooth or USB can make Trio C60 the audio device for another host.

Association, pairing, host selection, call signaling and two-way media are separate outcomes.

Map power, ports and room expansion before troubleshooting audio

Inventory LAN input, LAN output, 802.3at source, attached network device, USB host, expansion microphones and every daisy-chained Trio. HP documents daisy chaining up to four systems, but an attached or powered device does not prove synchronized provisioning, selected microphones, echo control or usable audio.

Test each required seating position and both directions with the approved room workflow.

Bind provisioning, calendar and PVOS to observed state

Record the provisioning owner, requested files, applied profile, certificates, time source, OpenSIP or Teams identity, calendar account, current build and target build. HP lists PVOS 9.5.1 build 9.5.1.0067 released August 2026; the release notes also preserve Trio-specific known-issue and daisy-chain boundaries.

A downloaded image, reboot or green calendar indicator does not prove the requested configuration, correct meeting, completed call or resolved audio.

Pilot the complete room workflow

Test cold boot, wired and authorized Wi-Fi recovery where present, OpenSIP registration or Teams sign-in, calendar refresh, one-touch join, local conference, USB and Bluetooth host selection, expansion microphones, daisy-chain behavior, mute indication, DTMF, transfer where required and two-way audio.

No Trio C60 hardware, account, room, firmware, call, meeting or emergency workflow was tested for this reference.
