Fanvil V-series on Modern Telecom: from call handling to door intercoms

Why this is useful
A detailed staff-training session connects everyday call controls with a configured office system: monitored colleagues, shared parking, a conference server, voicemail and a door intercom. It also explains why a local dial tone does not prove the phone has working service. Use it to plan which features staff need to practise, then check those features against your own provider’s instructions.
Applicability
Version-specificModern Telecom examples on V64, V65 and V66 Pro. The provider’s training reference links its manuals and feature chapters.
Keep in mind
- Conference 333, dialing rules, paging behavior and door-unlock buttons are local service choices. They are not Fanvil defaults.
- Door monitoring and unlocking require explicit site permissions. Do not experiment with a live access-control system.
- A status lamp alone cannot identify whether a failure is Wi-Fi, Internet access or SIP registration; the sample Wi-Fi password is not suitable for deployment.
Before you watch
A configured phone, its service instructions and a willing test caller.
Put it into practice
Write a short staff checklist for transfer, park, voicemail and DND. Test ordinary calls first; have the responsible site administrator demonstrate any door controls separately.
