A practical operator introduction to hold, shared parking, transfer, conference controls and DND on the CP965. It helps explain why an apparently working phone may not ring.
Applicability
Version-specificYealink CP965 on ComTech’s service in 2022. The service configuration is part of what is demonstrated.
Keep in mind
- The ten-digit dial plan, *50 intercom, voicemail prefix and park keys are service-specific. They are not universal Yealink or FreePBX defaults.
- Ethernet provides power only with a compatible PoE source; CP965 requires its documented power arrangement. DND destinations depend on the PBX.
