Fanvil X5U: enable a compatible EHS headset

Why this is useful
Fanvil’s short demonstration follows a compatible headset connection into the local and web settings used for electronic hook-switch control. It then places an incoming call and answers from the headset. Use it to distinguish remote answer signaling from Bluetooth pairing and from the audio connection itself.
Applicability
Version-specificX5U settings demonstrated with an X4U as the test caller. The headset and cable must match the supported combination for your phone.

- EHS support is not interchangeable across every headset, phone revision or adapter.
