Why this is useful

Keep in mind
- Changing DND availability is an administrator policy decision, not a general cure for missed calls.
- PBX-side DND, forwarding and routing can still prevent the handset from ringing.

Put it into practice
First check whether DND is actually active. If accidental activation is recurring, agree the desired behavior with the user, change one control and test an incoming call. Keep microphone mute during a call distinct from the idle-key function.
